Surprisingly emotional and exciting, The Last Dance is a great ending to the Venom trilogy. It doesn't quite live up to the original movie, but it does provide a nice farewell for Tom Hardy's classic hero.
What Works:
Tom Hardy's Performance: As always, Hardy shines as Eddie Brock/Venom. His chemistry with the CGI symbiote is undeniable, and their comedic banter continues to be a highlight.
Emotional Depth: The movie takes a more emotional turn when it looks at the relationship between Eddie and Venom. Their bittersweet farewell is both heartwarming and heartbreaking.
Visually Stunning Action Sequences: The fight scenes are really good, they look awesome, and the symbiote's powers are used to their full potential.
What Doesn't Work:
Overreliance on Humor: The humor works a lot of the time, but sometimes it covers up the more serious parts.
Predictable Plot: It's still an enjoyable plot, but it's not really surprising like the other two were.
Overall, Venom: The Last Dance is an appropriate finale to the trilogy. Not a great movie but a good, enjoyable, emotional rollercoaster that the fans of the series will enjoy.
